Kuttner No-Bake Solutions

Kuttner No-Bake Solutions was incorporated into the Kuttner Group as an affiliate of Kuttner do Brasil in June 2017. As the successor to RB Equipamentos Industriais Ltda and IMF Brasil, the company was founded with more than 30 years of accumulated experience and expertise in the engineering and manufacturing of equipment and installations for the foundry industry

The company’s focus is on no-bake foundries, offering a complete line for all stages of the process—from sand mixing to casting demolding—including mechanical and thermal sand reclamation systems.

Kuttner No-Bake Solutions’ product line is complemented by the traditional foundry systems of Kuttner do Brasil, such as charge preparation and furnace loading systems, as well as exhaust and gas cleaning systems.

Kuttner No-Bake Solutions is located in Piracicaba/SP, with in-house facilities for engineering, manufacturing, and technical support, from which it serves the Brazilian market as well as all other Latin American markets.

With a rapidly expanding market, Kuttner do Brasil builds its own headquarters with office space and an industrial area in Contagem/MG, for the manufacturing and assembly of its systems and equipment.

Engineer Sergio Pedrozo, with 20 years of experience in No-Bake Foundry Equipment, founds the company RB Equipamentos Industriais Ltda in Piracicaba/SP.

IMF Italy, a company globally recognized for its No-Bake Foundry Know-How, invites Engineer Sergio Pedrozo to co-found IMF Brasil – Instalações e Máquinas para Fundição Ltda, incorporating RB Equipamentos Industriais Ltda into the new company.

Kuttner KNBS México is a joint venture between Kuttner No-Bake Solutions / Brazil, Kuttner GHW / USA, and local partners. The company is headquartered in Querétaro, Qro, and was founded in 2024 to provide local support with spare parts and technical assistance to Mexican foundry clients. In addition, there is the potential for local supplies and service delivery in larger plant projects

Kuttner do Brasil, a traditional supplier of equipment and installations for the steel, foundry, mining, and environmental industries, is an affiliate of the KKG Group (Germany) with operations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Founded in 1974, it is headquartered in Contagem – MG, from where it serves the markets of Brazil and South America.

The combination of global network, know-how, and market experience makes Kuttner do Brasil the ideal partner for executing industrial projects.

Its range of activities includes technology development, engineering, project execution, supply, assembly, and commissioning of complete facilities, including mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as automation and process supervision systems, tailored to each client’s specific needs.

KKG Group

The KKG Group, headquartered in Essen, Germany, originated from an engineering company founded in 1949 by Dr. Carl Küttner, initially focused on rebuilding the European steel industry in the post-war period. 

Over the decades, the company evolved into a global industrial supplier, specializing in material handling and processing technologies, industrial furnace manufacturing, gas exhaust and cleaning systems, and waste heat recovery.

Today, the KKG Group operates as a holding company with several subsidiaries and affiliated companies across Europe, Asia, North America, and South America
